職務範圍: 進行物業日常維護；及時維修物業空調、電氣、給排水系統及進行髹漆工作。
語文要求: 會話: 一般粵語, 一般英文, 一般普通話
讀寫: 一般中文, 一般英文
最低入職要求: 中三學歷程度、三年相關工作經驗;完成強制性基本安全訓練課程(俗稱「平安卡」)優先
(不需技能測試, 例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字/文書處理軟件使用、 「機器/用具操作測試等)
工作地址: Bellagio, 33 Castle Peak Road, Sham Tseng, New Territories；及Bailey Garden, 23 Bailey Street, Hunghom, Kowloon
