Job description
審閱及處理租約／租賃協議、租務文件、報價單及相關文件
租務事項提供專業意見 整理、生成及分析租務相關數據／資料，以編製租務報告及摘要
與內部部門及外部人士協調及跟進租務安排（如租戶、代理及合作夥伴等）
跟進租務流程所需文件、記錄及一般行政支援工作
執行上司指派之其他相關職務

Work location : Kwun Tong Area
Job work schedule : 星期一至日 上午11時至下午8時,每月6天休息日(勞工假額外計算)，輪休, 每天工作 9 小時

Requirements
文憑／副學士學位或以上學歷（商科或相關學科優先）
具租務／物業管理／地產／租約文件處理相關工作經驗者優先
熟悉租約文件及處理流程
做事細心、具責任感 良好溝通及協調能力
能與不同持份者有效合作 熟悉 MS Office（Word、Excel）
具報表處理能力者佳 良好中英文書寫及溝通能力者優先
Minimum education level : Diploma
Dress code requirement : Smart Casual
