Job description
負責每日於各個工作地點進行人員部署,確保營運順暢
與客戶及前線員工保持良好關係
協調前線員工的假期安排及工作分配,應對突發的營運需求。
監察前線員工的工作表現,確保服務質素符合公司及客戶的要求
處理員工及客戶的查詢與投訴
進行工地巡查,提交報告及改善方案
負責值班表的編排及行政支援工作
需外勤

Requirements
- 中五或以上
- 3 年或以上 工作經驗
- 會話能力: 廣東話(良好), 英語(一般) , 閱讀及寫作能力: 中文(良好), Eng(一般)
- 每週工作時數 : 45 小時
- 技能: 中英文電腦操作, Microsoft office及Outlook Express
- 具良好適應及分析技巧,良好溝通技巧
- 須 即時 上班

Minimum years of work experience : 3 year(s)
