Job description
烹調菜式；預備食材；調配麵粉；製作各種麵條；煮麵及烹調湯底；購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理房之運作；協助其他務。
