工作時間： 需輪班工作, 每週工作6天, 每天工作9小時,
10:00-20:00/13:30-23:30/11:00-21:00/13:00-23:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
工作內容： 於日本菜館烹調菜式, 預備食材, 採購食材, 監控食材庫存, 編制餐單和設計菜式, 監控食物品質及環境衛生, 安排人手調配及培訓員工, 管理廚房之運作, 協助其他廚務。(不需管理下屬)
語文要求： 會話：粵語一般, 英語略懂, 普通話無需; 讀書：中文一般, 英文無需
最低入職要求：小六學歷程度、一年相關工作經驗(不需技能測試)
