Job description
每月工資︰$19,170 （不包括超時工資）
工作時間︰需輪班工作 每週工作6 天，每天工作9小時
- 06:00 – 16:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 11:00 – 21:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 16:00 – 02:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 22:00 – 08:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）
職責︰於食物製造廠烹調菜式；預備食材；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務；督導四廚及以下廚師。
語文要求︰ 會話 – 一般粵語、無需英文
讀寫 – 一般中文、無需英文
最低入職要求︰中三程度、三年經驗（不需技能測試，例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字/文書處理軟件使用、機器/用具操作測試等）
