Job description

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across our diverse menu, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

  • Develop new recipes and menu items in collaboration with the restaurant manager.

  • Monitor kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Conduct inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a chef in a multicultural kitchen setting.

  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare dishes from Italian, Indian, Mexican, and Middle Eastern cuisines.

  • Passion for food and creativity in recipe development.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
