Job description
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes across our diverse menu, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Develop new recipes and menu items in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
Monitor kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

Requirements
Previous experience as a chef in a multicultural kitchen setting.
Strong culinary skills with the ability to prepare dishes from Italian, Indian, Mexican, and Middle Eastern cuisines.
Passion for food and creativity in recipe development.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Language: Fluent English
