深入了解客戶的財務狀況、風險承受能力及投資目標，提供專業且個性化的理財建議
根據客戶需求制定全面的財務規劃方案，涵蓋儲蓄、投資、保險、退休策劃等範疇
協助客戶規劃環球移民及海外資產配置方案，整合跨境財富管理策略
持續追蹤客戶的投資組合表現與財務變動，適時調整理財策略以達成財務目標
主動拓展新客戶資源，並配合公司發展方向參與市場開拓與業務推廣活動

Requirements
具備香港中學文憑試中、英、數科目合格成績；持有大學學位或以上學歷者優先考慮
無需相關工作經驗，若有投資顧問、理財策劃或金融服務行業經驗則更具競爭力
具備良好溝通能力與客戶服務意識，能以同理心建立信任關係並理解客戶需求
擅長分析財務數據與市場資訊，能獨立思考並制定符合客戶實際需要的解決方案
對個人職涯發展有明確抱負，具備團隊合作精神，願意與團隊共同成長進步
