職務範圍：
製備餅食、糕點、甜點、朱古力及麵包；
操作和監察烤爐、麵團機和切片機；
預備食材；
採購食材，監控食材庫存；
監控食物品質及環境衛生；
安排人手調配及培訓員工 ；
管理廚房之運作；
協助其他廚務。
語文要求：
會話：一般粵語會話
讀寫：一般中文讀寫
最低入職要求：小六程度、一年經驗(不需技能測試)
