Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the overall architecture design of mobile applications, contributing to solutions that ensure high performance, scalability, and stability.

• Continuously optimize the existing architecture by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.

• Contribute to defining the technical roadmap for mobile architecture, and assist in establishing development standards and best practices.

• Support and collaborate with teammates, sharing knowledge to enhance the overall technical capability of the team.

• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure smooth project execution. Engage in requirement reviews and technical discussions, providing professional insights and solutions.

• Research emerging mobile technologies, evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and application performance, and assist in technical feasibility studies and prototype development.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives such as code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing. Help ensure high system availability and reliability, and assist in promptly resolving production issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of mobile development experience and 5 years of architecture design experience. Prior experience in large internet companies or well-known mobile application development is preferred.

• Proficient in iOS (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Java / Kotlin) development; familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter.

• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and network communication. Experience in distributed system design or microservice architecture is a plus.

• Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate technical teams effectively.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues quickly.

• High sense of responsibility and resilience, able to perform efficiently under high-pressure environments.

• Passionate about emerging technologies, with strong learning ability and a drive for continuous innovation.
