Job description
每月工資︰$19,170 （不包括超時工資）
工作時間︰需輪班工作
每週工作6 天，每天工作9小時
- 09:00 – 19:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 10:00 – 20:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 11:00 – 21:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 12:00 – 22:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）或
- 14:00 – 24:00（包括用膳／休息時間1小時）
職責︰烹調菜式；預備食材；調配麵粉；製作各種麵條；煮麵及烹調湯底；採購食材，監控食材庫存；編訂餐單和設計菜式；監控食物品質及環境衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房之運作；在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務；督導四廚或以下廚師。
語文要求︰
會話 – 一般粵語、無需英文
讀寫 – 一般中文、無需英文
最低入職要求︰中三學歷程度、三年相關工作經驗（不需技能測試）
