Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the design and delivery of system architecture solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and stability.
Collaborate closely with business, finance, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess technical feasibility, and provide professional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver high-quality code and robust technical designs, with clear approaches to troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, independently drive project execution, and take full ownership of deliverables.
Conduct system performance tuning, optimization, and resolution of production issues to ensure continuous stability and efficiency.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of front-end development experience.
Proficient in TypeScript and React technology stack, with hands-on experience using Tailwind CSS, Jotai, and other modern front-end tools.
Strong understanding of browser internals, network protocols, and performance optimization techniques.
Familiar with development for financial trading platforms (securities, futures, or digital asset exchanges) or DeFi/DEX projects.
Capable of deep business-technical problem-solving, proactively identifying issues and driving resolution.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Experience developing for global user platforms, particularly exchanges or large-scale financial systems.
Familiarity with Next.js, including SSR/SSG implementation practices.
Understanding of Web3 front-end libraries such as Web3.js, Wagmi, or Viem, and basic knowledge of public blockchains, crypto wallets, and encryption technologies.
Hands-on experience in TradingView integration and customization.
Proven engineering practices in build optimization, micro-frontend architecture, and monitoring systems.
Backend experience with Node.js; familiarity with Rust or Solidity is a plus.
Skilled in using AI tools to enhance development productivity, with awareness of their application in front-end workflows.
Demonstrated open-source contributions, reflecting continuous learning and technical growth.
Minimum education level : Bachelor Degree
