製備餅食、糕點、甜點、朱古力及麵包
操作和監察烤爐，麵團機和切片機
預備食材
採購食材，監控食材庫存
監控食物品質及環境衛生
安排人手調配及培訓員工
管理廚房之運作
協助其他廚務
