Job description
- 工作地點：葵涌工場
- 工作內容：
- 制備麵包，操作及監察烤爐、麵團機和切片機
- 監控食物品質及環境衛生
- 負責來貨品質控制，產品成本預算及控制
- 定期了解市場顧客需求及口味取向，以便作出產品改良
- 負責培訓、示範及督導各區烘培主管有關製作流程，並監察及確保產品品質穩定
- 具備準時、有責任心及團隊精神
- 預備材料、造型等工作
- 較多經驗者將被考慮為工場主管
- 工作時間：每週工作5-6天，每週工作55小時（輪休）
- 福利待遇：
- 月薪：$20000 - $30000（視乎經驗而定）

- 入職要求：3-4年或以上相關工作經驗
