職務範圍：預備及製作食物/食材，如乾貨、煲湯及蒸海鮮等;支援/負責烹調;清潔廚房;廚房一般雜務;協助廚師工作。
工作地區：九龍紅磡湖光街1-7號聯成大廈地下18號鋪位
工作時間：每週工作6天，需輪班工作，每天工作9小時
