What You’ll Do
Build relationships with real estate agents and prospective tenants, managing all leasing activities, including inquiries, cold-calling, property inspections, tenancy negotiations and administration
Conduct market research to stay ahead of rental trends, demand, and competition
Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants through targeted advertising and promotions

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
Education: Diploma or above in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years in property leasing; experience in office, commercial, or retail leasing, or with property agencies/landlord side, is a big plus
Skills: Sales-driven, responsible, and ethical, with strong communication and negotiation skills
Network: Connections with property agencies, retailers, or F&B operators are highly valued
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Illustrator is an advantage
Mindset: Sharp commercial sense, business acumen, and a passion for building relationships
Minimum education level : Higher Diploma
Minimum years of work experience : 2 year(s)
Dress code requirement : Business Casual
