1. Collect and analyze customer behavior data from both overseas and mainland markets to understand customer preferences and provide data-driven insights for product and service sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints, gather feedback, and transform feedback into service improvements and sales opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

3. Work closely with the sales team to monitor sales progress and provide necessary operational support to achieve sales targets.

4. Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness through various channels.

• Diploma/Certificate holder or equivalent qualification in Marketing

• Minimum one year of relevant work experience

• Good command of English

• Mature, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in computer operations, Chinese typing, and document processing

• Immediate availability is preferred
