Job description
- Lead the overall architecture design of mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and system stability.
- Continuously optimize existing architectures to resolve performance bottlenecks and tackle complex technical challenges.
- Guide the mobile architecture team by defining the technical roadmap and establishing clear development standards and best practices.
- Mentor and train team members to foster technical growth and enhance overall engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Participate in requirement reviews and technical discussions, offering professional recommendations.
- Conduct research on emerging mobile technologies, introducing new frameworks and tools to improve development efficiency and application performance, while performing feasibility studies and prototype development.
- Implement quality assurance measures, including code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing, to ensure system reliability and promptly address production issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mobile development and at least 5 years in architecture design. Experience in large internet companies or notable mobile app projects is preferred.
- Proficient in at least two of the following: iOS (Swift/Objective-C), Android (Java/Kotlin), or Flutter development. Familiarity with popular cross-platform frameworks such as React Native and Flutter is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and network communication. Experience with distributed systems or microservice architecture is advantageous.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for quickly diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Highly responsible and resilient, able to perform efficiently under pressure.
- Passionate about emerging technologies, with a strong capacity for learning and a continuous drive for innovation.
