Job description
負責連鎖遊戲廳各分店的日常營運管理，確保門店服務品質與運作效率達到標準
制定並執行區域營運策略，提升門店業績與顧客滿意度
監督各分店財務表現，分析營收數據，提出改善建議並落實執行
協調總部與門店之間的溝通，推動政策與活動方案在前線有效實施
定期巡店檢查營運狀況，針對問題即時提供指導與支援

Requirements
- 具備連鎖零售或休閒娛樂行業的管理經驗，擁有遊戲廳或類似場所的管理背景者尤佳。
- 熟悉前線門店的操作流程，包括人員排班、設備維護、庫存管理及客戶服務。
- 對休閒娛樂產業的發展趨勢具備基本認知與獨到見解，能提出可行的經營優化方向。
- 具備良好的數據分析能力與商業判斷力，能根據營運數據調整策略。
- 擁有優秀的領導能力與跨部門協調能力，能有效帶領區域團隊達成目標。
