Job description
- 主要職責:
- 熱情且專業地為每位新舊顧客提供相應的問候和服務。
- 負責文書處理，解答顧客的一般查詢及預約。
- 接聽來電並處理電腦預約。
- 引導顧客至休息區等候，或直接帶至治療室。
- 熟練操作收銀系統，處理現金、信用卡及行動支付等各種付款方式。
- 保持前臺區域、接待區及展示櫃的整潔、美觀和專業形象。
- 在美容師、經理及顧客之間有效傳遞訊息（如顧客特殊要求、預約變動及經理指示等）。

Requirements
職位要求:
• 具1年以上美容院客戶服務或接待員經驗優先
• 熟悉DKDOO店客多系統使用
• 熟悉中英文輸入法及基本電腦操作
• 有責任感, 禮貌及團隊精神
• 良好服務態度,正面積極
Minimum education level : Form 3
Minimum years of work experience : 1 year(s)
