Job description
職務範圍：(中式餃子食肆)烹調菜式;預備食材;採購食材，監控食材庫存;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房之運作;在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務;督導四廚或以下廚師。
工作地區：SHOP A G& C/L,42-52 SHAU KEI WAN MAIN STREET EAST,HONG KONG;及
香港灣仔皇后大道東259號地下
工作時間：每週工作6天，不需輪班工作，每天工作9小時
