編訂餐單和設計菜式 ; 監控食品質及環境衛生,

安排人手調配及培訓工作 , 管理廚房之運作 ,協助其他廚務

Job work schedule : 11:00-22:00 （包括用膳及休息時間2小時) 不需輪班工作
