Job description

1:烹調菜式;預備食材;調配麵粉;製作各種麵條;煮麵及烹調湯底;採購食材，

2:監控食材庫存;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;

3:管理廚房之運作;在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務;

4:督導四廚或以下廚師。
