The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the food quality and restaurant operations to make sure it reaches the Group standard of Jollibee. Besides reviewing customers' feedback to recommend improvement plans, the incumbent will develop and maintain operational procedures, identify best practices, and lead the team in implementing continuous improvement projects to drive timely results with quality.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should possess the following combination of finance and administrative knowledge and relevant experience:

• Bachelor's Degree holder or Post Graduate Diploma;

• At least 10 years of solid experience in Jollibee operations or a reputable fast food chain operations, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Quality Management;

• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures, monitoring food quality and operations, and processing assessments to measure compliance with standards;

• Well familiar with traditional Filipino fast food cuisine, with excellent knowledge of Filipino food culture and recipes;

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in fast food chain operations;

• Good knowledge of the best practices, quality standards, and management style of reputable chain restaurants, preferably Jollibee’s;

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills;

• Fluent in English and preferably Tagalog.
