Job description

1:烹調菜式，製作點心預備食材，撈餡、煮餡採購食材，監控食材庫存編訂餐單和設計菜式

2:監控食物品質及環境衛生安排人手調配及培訓員工管理廚房之運作

督導四廚或以下廚師
