Responsibilities:
•
Handling of incoming customer enquiries
•
Prepare price quotations and sales invoices
•
Prepare purchase orders to the manufacturing plants abroad and local vendors
•
Follow up on sales/purchase orders with customers/vendors and suppliers
•
Handling of supply discrepancies with vendors, suppliers and customers
•
Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation
•
Liaise and communicate with freight forwarders locally and/or abroad
•
Handling of custom documents
•
Handling, organizing and controlling of shipments to customers
•
Liaise and communicate with the company’s warehouse keeper on shipment and company (e.g. filing of documentation, telephone answering, reception duties, etc.)

Diploma holder or above in business administration or other related disciplines
•
Good computer skill, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
•
Working experience as sales officer with marketing experience is preferred
•
Capable to work in a team, self-initiative and able to cope with job responsibilities
•
Upon completion of training on the job and qualification of the above-mentioned job duties, the position may be further enhanced with additional job duties and tasks as well as empowerment (e.g. full responsibilities of sales key accounts, purchases and logistics handling, marketing activities etc.)
Minimum education level : Higher Diploma
