Job description
§ Assist PM in overall project management, business analysis, process re-engineering / streamlining, workflow design, and monitor project scope and resources to meet project schedule and budget
§ Work closely and communicate with various stakeholders including business users, operations, internal audit, vendor, etc. to ensure effective project governance
§ Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers
§ Guide technical developers to provide a business solution
§ Manage internal stakeholders from different departments
§ Prepare system documentation such as requirements specifications

Requirements
§ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder
§ Strong business analysis skills on requirement gathering and documentation
§ Strong communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skills
§ Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
§ Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
§ Proactiveness, willingness to learn and the ability to work independently
Minimum education level : Bachelor Degree
