Job description

Job Summary:

Do you love bringing order to chaos and using tech to work smarter? We're looking for a tech-savvy part-time specialist to power our sales engine. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales and marketing efforts, using AI tools and your sharp organizational skills to generate reports, optimize workflows, and drive our campaigns forward. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive Data-Driven Insights: Generate and analyze lead and sales performance reports to keep the team informed and on track.

· Power Email Marketing: Manage email lists, craft engaging templates, and track campaign performance to help us connect with our audience.

· Optimize Sales Processes: Build and maintain efficient workflows that help our sales team close more deals.

· Embrace Automation: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to streamline data handling, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance reporting accuracy.

· Be a Project Hub: Coordinate vendor communications and manage key projects from start to finish.

· Master the Details: Provide crucial administrative support, including event coordination and data consolidation in Excel. What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

· 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role.

· A proactive, get-it-done attitude with superb organizational and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Excel being your superpower (data consolidation, formulas, etc.).

· Familiarity with email marketing platforms and a keen interest in using AI tools.

· A collaborative spirit and proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Requirements
