Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our students, guiding them through every step of their online overseas academic journey. Your duties will include: · Providing personalised advice and support to C-level students on online overseas programs and admission requirements. · Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with prospective students and their families. · Assisting with the coordination and delivery of information sessions and application materials. · Monitoring student progress and providing ongoing support throughout their online academic journey. · Managing the full admissions process, including forms, documentation, and deadlines. · Utilizing various platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email) to communicate effectively and maintain a healthy pipeline. · Maintaining accurate and confidential student records using our CRM system. We're Looking For Someone With: · A Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree. Overseas study experience is highly preferred. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to engage effectively with a C-level clientele. · Proven research and analytical skills to stay up-to-date with online international education trends and university requirements. · The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a self-disciplined, results-oriented approach. · Full professional proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
