與本地及海外供應商溝通協調,處理貨品訂購之種類、數量及價格等事宜
跟進供應商報價、交貨期及合同細節,確保採購流程順利進行
負責採購相關文件之撰寫、資料輸入及系統存檔管理
定期更新及維護存貨記錄,協助進行庫存盤點與數據核對
協調品質檢查程序及物流運送安排,確保貨品按時安全交付

工作要求
中六畢業或以上,具良好英文讀寫能力,能與海外企業有效溝通
具備至少2年文職或採購相關工作經驗,行業不拘,公司提供食品採購在職培訓
熟練使用MS Office辦公軟件,特別是Excel及Word,具基本系統操作能力
工作主動勤奮,細心穩重,能獨立完成任務並遵守時間規限
具責任感及團隊合作精神,能適應輕微出差或彈性工作需求
