地點靈活：Rm218, 2/F, Kin Wing Commercial Building, No. 24-30 Kin Wing Street, Tuen Mun, NT 及 港九新界客戶地點(工作地點不包括在《建造業工人註冊條例》定義的建造工地進行建造工作)
職務範疇：負責屋宇裝置及設備的安裝、操作、保養及維修，無下屬管理職責
