The Project Coordinator is responsible for different projects:
Coordinate with company internal departments, clients, vendors.
Maintain and record the project plans and schedule.
Organize, attend and participate in meetings.
Prepare document and material submission to clients & consultants.
Provide regular reporting to supervisor outlining status, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Demonstrate a hands-on approach to duties requested and support a can-do culture within the wider company.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned, and any instruction deemed reasonable / legal requested by Supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have:
A bachelor degree in related field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
1-2 years working experience (Administration / Business field is preferred)
Good written and spoken Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential
Patient, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, and responsible.
A good team player with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communications skills for both English and Chinese
Minimum education level : Bachelor Degree
Minimum years of work experience : 2 year(s)
Salary : Negotiable / Bank Transaction
