Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Vertex AI Tech Limited on a commission-based structure. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to real estate agencies, promoting our platform's features and benefits, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals with a passion for sales and real estate, offering unlimited earning potential through competitive commissions. The position is remote-friendly, with flexible hours, allowing you to leverage your network and expertise to drive growth for our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect potential clients, including real estate agencies, brokerages, and independent agents, through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.

- Conduct virtual or in-person demos of our platform, highlighting key features such as lead management, CRM integration, marketing tools, and analytics to demonstrate value and ROI.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in real estate agencies to understand their needs and position our platform as the ideal solution.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients.

- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

- Stay updated on real estate industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to refine outreach strategies.

- Collaborate with the internal team to provide feedback on platform improvements based on client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or tech platforms (1-3 years minimum) is preferred but not required.

- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including agency operations, challenges, and opportunities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.

- Self-starter with a hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email automation).

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Access to a reliable internet connection and basic home office setup for remote work.

Compensation and Benefits

- This is commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Earning commission on each successful sale or subscription, plus bonuses for exceeding quarterly targets
