• Proficient bartending skills with a strong enthusiasm for mixology.

• Experience in bar preparation; knowledgeable in sous-vide, infusion, and milk-wash (clarification techniques).

• Responsible individual with high hygiene standards and a collaborative team spirit.

• Willingness to assist with floor operations as needed.

• Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred.
