Job description

烹調菜式, 預備食材, 編訂餐單和設計菜式, 分配樓面訂單到廚房相應運作單位, 督導上菜次序及時間, 監控食物品質及環境衛生, 協助其他廚務(不需管理下屬)

Working mode : Office or designated location

Work location : Wan Chai Area

Job work schedule : 09:00 至 23:00 (每天工作12小時, 每週工作6天, 不需輪班工作, 包括用膳 / 休息時間2小時)

小六學歷程度, 一年相關工作經驗(不需技能測試)

Minimum education level : Primary School

Minimum years of work experience : 1 year(s)

Dress code requirement : Staff Uniform
