推廣和銷售產品以達到銷售目標，並提供高品質的客戶服務。
1. 團隊合作達致公司銷售指標
2. 協助店長/ 區域主管完成指定工作
3. 為客戶提供優質的服務和優質的購物體驗
4. 向客戶介紹品牌產品特色, 並建立良好客戶關係
5. 管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖陳列等
6. 作為產品及寵物護理專家, 並協助提升店務員相關知識及能力水平
