Job description
負責人臉 3D 重建、姿態估計、表情遷移等核心算法的研發與優化，構建高精度、即時性的人臉 3D 技術方案。
主導算法工程化落地，解決實際場景中（如光照變化、遮擋、姿態極端變化）的技術難題，提升算法穩健性與泛化能力。
跟蹤國際前沿技術（如基於神經輻射場 NeRF 的人臉建模、動態人臉捕捉等），結合業務需求進行技術預研與創新。
與軟件研發、產品團隊協作，制定算法接口規範，推動技術方案轉化為可落地的產品功能。
撰寫技術文檔、專利申請材料，主導技術分享與團隊能力建設。

Requirements
學歷背景：
碩士學歷，專業為控制工程、算法研究、計算機科學及相關領域。
畢業院校為全球 TOP 100 院校（以 QS、THE、ARWU 等主流排名為準）。
專業能力：
精通人臉 3D 重建、計算機視覺、圖形學等基礎理論，具備扎實的數學功底（如線性代數、概率論、數值優化）。
熟悉至少一種主流深度學習框架（PyTorch/TensorFlow），能獨立設計與實現神經網絡模型。
有以下經驗者優先：
參與過人臉 3D 重建、動態表情捕捉、數字人驅動等相關項目；
發表過計算機視覺頂會論文（CVPR/ICCV/ECCV）或相關領域高水平期刊論文；
掌握 C++/Python 編程，具備算法工程化落地經驗（如模型壓縮、推理加速）。
綜合素質：
具備較強的問題分析與解決能力，能從複雜業務場景中提煉技術需求並制定解決方案。
擁有良好的團隊协作意識與溝通能力，能高效推動跨團隊技術合作。
對技術有強烈的鑽研熱情，關注行業動態，具備持續學習與創新能力。
