Job description
Provides assistance to arriving and departing guests and handles their luggage properly. Orienting the guest with his room and other hotel facilities 為抵達和離開的客人提供協助，並為客人妥善處理行李;向客人介紹房間和其他酒店設施。

DSE or equivalent 香港中學文憑考試或同等學歷
Able to speak simple English and Putonghua 能操簡單英語及普通話
