Job Description: As a Customer Success Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our services and products. You will act as a bridge between the company and its customers, providing expert advice, and support, and building strong relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support for all customer inquiries.

  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure they understand and maximize the value of our products and services.

  • Assist customers in navigating our digital platforms and address any technical issues.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster customer loyalty.

  • Collect feedback from customers and work with internal teams to continuously improve service offerings.

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new clients. Stay up to date with industry trends, especially within fintech and digital assets, to provide insightful support.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese, Chinese, and English (both written and spoken).

  • Industry Knowledge: A basic understanding of the fintech industry, digital assets, and the general landscape of modern financial technologies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to a diverse audience, with experience in managing customer inquiries and problem-solving.

  • Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer success, support, or account management is a plus.

About Us

A few years ago, we began developing data processing technologies aimed at improving asset evaluation

and automating risk control for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). When we launched our business

solution in early 2018, we discovered that the primary challenge faced by our customers was their inability

to secure sufficient trade finance support.


This gap affected global SME firms involved in the import and export of bulk commodities and stemmed

from several key factors, including changing banking regulations and rising costs related to Know Your

Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Most SME firms struggled due to limited

track records—often less than three years—and insufficient balance sheets, making them ineligible for

bank support. Additionally, the transaction sizes for their import and export trades were frequently too

small for banks to consider viable.


Our customers needed reliable technology that would enable third parties, such as investors, funds, and

family offices, to take neutral ownership positions or direct ownership of commodities during shipment

or storage. This technology would also allow them to purchase discounted invoices at prices that offer

superior risk-adjusted returns and help preserve capital.


We have developed proprietary technology for the tokenization of physical assets, which we have

combined with distributed ledger technology and artificial intelligence to create innovative non-credit,

non-lending models. Our technology transforms the risk associated with SME company inventories,

account receivables, and commodity transactions into investment-grade products for banks and

investors.


It took four years of research and development work on the business model, and digitized technology to

connect everything together. The scalability of trade finance strategies has been the biggest challenge for

our company, as a result, we focused on digitizing our whole business and transaction process to have the

potential to be scalable into a billion-dollar company providing SaaS and handling small SME transactions.

We created joint ventures with technology providers, owning our technologies, and had to look at being

a FinTech provider.


Starting a new company in Hong Kong will allow us to grow our business more rapidly, hire the best talents

locally to continue technology development, and serve better our customers in Hong Kong and Europe.
