負責準備及處理食材, 採購食材，監控食材庫存，每日烹調院友及員工膳食，設計每日膳食餐單，及配合院友之需要作烹調上的調整。

保持廚房清潔及安全, 保持廚房設施運作正常或需要作相應之維修。
