Job description
烹調菜式;預備及採購食材;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食材庫存、食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房運作。(不需管理下屬)

Job work schedule : 不需輪班工作 每周正常工時:不得多於每周共54小時(如實際工作時数多於每周 1 正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資) (ii) 固定:每周6天，每天9小時 11:30-22:00(包括用膳/休息時間1.5小時)
