職務範圍：
僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:非中式飲食業(不包括僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務)
烹調菜式;預備及採購食材;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食材庫存、食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房運作。

Job work schedule : 需輪班工作 (i)每周正常工時：不得多於每周共54小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資） (ii)固定：每周6天，每天9小時 10:30-20:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 或12:30-22:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
