職務範圍：
僱主不得安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務
協助廚師預備食材;支援烹調(不會獨立完成菜式);廚房一般清潔及雜務。

Job work schedule : 需輪班工作 (i)每周正常工時：不得多於每周共54小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資） (ii)固定：每周6天，每天9小時10:30-20:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 或12:30-22:30(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
