Job description
• 負責廠房內日常「風火水電」及一般建築設施的維修、保養及更換工作。 • 定時巡查廠廈各類系統（包括生產設備、電力、消防、水管及空調等），確保運作正常並及時匯報異常。 • 協助處理突發的緊急維修，以最快速度恢復設施運作。 • 負責維修工具的管理及保養，保持維修房及工作現場安全整潔。 • 按上司（主管）指示，執行其他相關的臨時工作。

Job work schedule : 逢星期一至五 08:30-18:00; 星期六 08:30- 17:00 (長短週)

Requirements
• 持機電工程署發出的A級或以上電工牌照、水喉牌、平安咭或其他維修相關牌照(有經驗者優先) 。 • 中三或以上學歷、職訓局(VTC)或建造業議會相關證書畢業優先。 • 具 2 至 3 年或以上物業、商業大廈或廠房設備維修經驗。 • 具備基本的「風、火、水、電」動手操作及日常維修經驗。 • 做事細心負責、有責任感、願意動手、具備良好團隊合作精神及基本溝通能力。 #備註：資歷較淺沒有電牌但具備 1-2年相關經驗及良好學習態度者，公司可考慮錄用為「見習技工」，並提供完善的專業培訓與晉升階梯。
