Job description
Arrange daily service schedules, technician routes and customer appointments for installation, maintenance and delivery.
Answer customer enquiries and service requests by phone, email and WhatsApp, and follow up until each case is closed.
Work with technicians, internal teams and suppliers to make sure jobs are completed on time.
Prepare quotations, invoices and service records, and keep the system and files up to date.
Track job progress and prepare simple daily and monthly operation reports.
Support stock checking and other administrative duties as assigned.

Job work schedule : Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat 9:00-13:00 (Alternate)

Requirements
DSE, Diploma or Higher Diploma in Business, Logistics, Customer Service or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, logistics or admin coordination. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Good spoken and written Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word). Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus, and full training is provided.
Organized, patient and good at handling several tasks at once.
Willing to work alternate Saturdays. Immediate availability is preferred.
Minimum education level : Form 6 / 7
Minimum years of work experience : 1 year(s)

Salary and benefits
Salary : HK$16,000 - HK$19,000 / Per Month / Bank Transaction
