職位名稱: 麵包師傅 (空缺編號 61-53860) 僱用人數：2名
僱用期：24個月 每月工資：$18,330（不包括超時工資）
工作時間(用膳時間除外) 需輪班工作
(i) 每周正常工時:不得多於每周共 54 小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資）
(ii) 固定：每周6天，每天9小時
~07:00 - 17:00（包括用膳/休息時間1小時）或
~22:00 - 08:00（包括用膳/休息時間1小時）
職務範圍：僱主不得安排僱員於以下行業/業務執行下述職務：僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務。
製備麵食、糕點、甜點、朱古力及麵包；操作和監察烤爐、麵團機和切片機；採購及預備食材；監控食材庫存、食物品質及現場衛生；安排人手調配及培訓員工；管理廚房運作。
語文要求: 會話~粵語一般, 英語及其他語言無需; 讀寫~中文一般, 英語及其他語文無需。
最低入職要求:小六程度，一年相關經驗（不需技能測試，例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字／文書處理軟件使用、機器／用具操作測試等）
