僱主不得安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務
服務顧客及為客人點餐;結帳及操作收銀機;擺設及收拾餐桌。(不需管理下屬)

Job work schedule : 需輪班工作 (i)每周正常工時：不得多於每周共54小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資） (ii)固定：每周6天，每天9小時 18:00-04:00(包括用膳時間1小時) 或20:00-06:00(包括用膳時間1小時) 或22:00-08:00(包括用膳時間1小時)
