Job description
僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:中式飲食業(不包括僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務)
烹調菜式;採購及預備食材;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食材庫存、食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配;督導下級廚師及培訓員工;管理廚房運作。(不需管理下屬)
