職務範圍
僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務: 中式飲食業(不包括僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務)
於中式餐廳製作點心,採購及預備食材,撈餡、煮餡,編訂餐單和設計菜式,監控食材庫存、食物品質及環境衛生,安排人手調配,督導下級廚師及培訓員工,管理廚房運作。

Job work schedule : 工作時間 (用膳時間除外) 需輪班工作 i) 每周正常工時:不得多於每周共 54 小時(如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時,僱主須支付超時工資) (ii) 每周 6天,每天9 小時 8:00-18:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 10:00 20:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時) 12:00 22:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
