(ii)固定:每周_6_天,每天9小時
10:00-22:00(包括用膳/休息時間3小時)
12:00-22:00(包括用膳/休息時間1小時)
職務範圍
僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業/業務執行下述職務:中式飲食業
烹調菜式;採購及預備食材;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食材庫存、食物品質及環境衛生;安排人手調配;督導下級廚師及培訓員工;管理廚房運作。
(不需技能測試,例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字/文書處理軟件使用、機器/用具操作測試等)
最低入職要求 : 中五學歷程度、三年相關工作經驗
會話要求： 粵語一般，英文略懂 ，普通話無需
讀寫要求： 中文一般，英文略懂，普通話無需
